<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in combining technical expertise with strong sales acumen to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across a defined portfolio of customer and partner accounts.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with customers, partners, and Account Managers to deliver business value, conduct demos and POC/Vs, and contribute to the success of bids and tenders. You will provide end-to-end technical and business value guidance before and during the sales cycle ensuring customer requirements are met with tailored, innovative solutions.</span></p>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">General knowledge or background in IT (ideally server administration, server OS configuration, TCP/IP networking hardware, protocols, LAN and WAN technologies & configurations, and network design) and/or IS (ideally PKI, firewall management, IDS & IPS, vulnerability management, and network scanners), in engineering, administration or support roles</span></li>
