WFM enables contact centers to forecast demand, plan staffing, create schedules, and manage their workforce. You will also work across broader company initiatives to incorporate agentic workflows into the contact center space.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">This is a full-stack role with equal emphasis on frontend and backend.
