THG Beauty’s breadth of relationships is unique to the beauty market; it engages with brands as a retailer, a brand owner, and a product developer and manufacturer, making it the industry’s digital strategic leader.    Why be a Senior Assistant Merchandiser at THG Beauty?  Reporting into the department Merchandising Manager, you will be instrumental in assisting in the management of intake and the stock profile of your department to support driving KPI's. You will be focused on reacting to trade to drive profit, improving efficiencies and providing reporting and analysis whilst mentoring junior members of the team.   As Senior Assistant Merchandiser, you’ll be responsible for:   <ul> <li>WSSI management to include risk mitigation and maximise opportunities.</li> <li>Special project management in conjunction with Merchandising Manager.</li> <li>Recommends re buys as necessary, reviewing under and overstocks with suggested actions to maintain optimum stock health.</li> <li>Analyses best and worst sellers making informed recommendations for action.
