<p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;">Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management & Engineering Business Operations to lead the Technical Program Management function within Foundational Systems & Experiences Engineering (FSEE) while serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership. </span></p>
<p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;">This role combines leadership of the FSEE TPM organization in EMEA with responsibility for Engineering Business Operations in support of the VP's organization. The Director will lead and grow a team of Technical Program Managers driving execution across FSEE while partnering closely with executive leadership on organizational planning, strategic initiatives, communications, and operational excellence across a globally distributed organization. </span></p>

<li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;">Drive operational excellence through the establishment of metrics, dashboards, and KPIs that provide leadership with visibility into organizational health and performance. </span></li>
<li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;">Partner with the VP on organizational design, workforce planning, budget management, and investment prioritization. </span></li>
<li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;">Surface organizational risks, opportunities, execution gaps, and develop plans to address them. </span></li>

<li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;">5+ years of experience managing Technical Program Managers, Program Managers, or similar functions. </span></li>
<li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;">A track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes without direct authority. </span></li>
