Your professional experience will help researchers understand how these developments affect leaders and their teams.</p> <h3><em>What you'll be doing</em></h3> <ul> <li>Completing a short online survey in English</li> <li>Sharing your views on leadership, management, and workplace change</li> <li>Answering questions about your responsibilities and professional experience</li> <li>Providing information about the size and type of organisation where you work</li> <li>Giving honest, considered responses based on your own experience</li> </ul> <h3><em>Who we're looking for</em></h3> <p>You may be eligible if you:</p> <ul> <li>Currently live and work in Germany</li> <li>Currently work as a <strong>Bereichsleiter / Division Director</strong> or in a closely comparable senior role</li> <li>Lead a business division or major organisational area above department level</li> <li>Work for an organisation with <strong>at least 1,000 employees</strong></li> <li>Are comfortable completing an online survey in English</li> <li>Meet the requirements in the study's short pre-screening questionnaire</li> </ul> <p>Participants may be asked to verify their identity, location, professional background, or other eligibility information.</p> <h3><em>Why participate?</em></h3> <p>Your experience will contribute to research into how large organisations can better support managers and employees as leadership expectations and workplace technologies change.</p> <p><strong>This is a paid research opportunity, not an application for permanent employment.</strong></p> <p>If you already have a Prolific account, you do not need to register again.
