You own product direction, investment, and commercial performance across a portfolio of AI Accelerators that we bring to our clients. You'll decide where to invest in reusable AI Accelerators, ensure AI Consultants can scale them across clients, and line manage a team of AI Product Managers delivering the work. The hard, interesting part of this job is that we're an agency first: sold client work will sometimes have to win over product ambition, and your job is to find the pragmatic path anyway — pulling a
